Art Club

Goals:

To provide art instruction to students who have an interest in art and are currently unable to participate in art classes.

For these students, Art Club will provide an opportunity to learn and think in a visual and creative manner, and develop and improve their skills so that they will be more fully prepared when they do enter formal art classes.

"Children need annual experiences in pictorial art and two dimensional design, working with many kinds of drawing, painting and arranging.  They need to model and build things that have volume and weight to visually comprehend the world of art."
