LATASHA WILLIAMS WINS 1999 SENIOR DRAMA AWARD!

Senior LaTasha Williams, veteran of six St. John's Theatre productions, won the 1999 Senior Drama award at the Annual End-Of-The-Year Picnic And Awards Ceremony on June 13th. LaTasha was recognized for her outstanding performances in two musicals and all four fall productions while at SJC. LaTasha, whose diverse roles include Oozier in Steel Magnolias, Sister Hubert in Nunsense, Jacob Marley in A Christmas Carol, Judge Health in The Night of January 16th, and Teen Angel in GREASE!, won the award at the annual awards ceremony. Also honored at the ceremony was senior Patrice Eustacie for her work in dance both at St. John's and at the Washington School of Ballet. Also receiving special recognition were seniors Jackie Cutler and Acting Theatre President Kyana Minor.
On hand to help pass out the awards were the Senior Drama Award winners from the class of 1998, Lindsey Wilkes and Nancy Dunnigan, as well as fellow alums, Vicky Piperni and Laura Huggins.
