Let me begin by saying HAPPY EASTER! I meant to mention it yesterday as you were leaving but I forgot.

I am wrapping up a few things here at school before I take off for points west and I can think of a million things I need to tell you abouty but they come out of my mind as fast as they come in, I will do my best. This letter is being addressed to a lot of people, so if part of it does not make sense to you, it is probably meant for someone else.

ALL - PLESE MAKE THESE THREE DAYS WORK! Veterans please help the new comers. Trisha is in charge of Tuesday's rehearsal. Remember - the administration wil be in, so PLEASE be on your bestest behavior.

Ms. H-C - you will need to call Marcus Turner about when you want him to come in (202/563-7829). Also, I have not gotten in touch yet with David Ziebarth, please call him (I seem to have an old number). I DO know that his mother lives on Warren Street -across Wisconsin Avenue. (202/363-2073). Sorry to dump this on you. Dave, himself lives in Gaithersburg, I think. I will keep trying as well.

Gina & Trisha - IT IS ESSENTIAL that you two take complete responsability for leaving the areas of the school that we use on Tuesday and Wedneasday, COMPLETELY CLEAN, TOTALLY LOCKED UP, with all lights off when you leave. the adults will not do it as I have been doing it -- so you MMMMUUUUSSSSSSTTTTTT!!!!!!! Do not fail here or the administration id going to be all over us (and rightfully so). Also, I need the china hutch and the mirrors brought doen from up top. ONLY DO THIS IF AN ADULT IS IN THE ROOM!

Carlo - Please call Costumes Creative and ask them to reserve that suit for you. If they need an adult to do it, ask Mr. Carr to do it for you. They are in the phonebook.

Brian Szabo - Here is the order. I beleive it is how we left things on Saturday, I repeat it here just for clarity. All crew members who come in should report to you. 1) The second wall unit. 2) The stair/door unit 3)drywall all. I need these to do lights on Friday and Saturday. I will call you Sunday night. Everything else can wait until Monday. and Tuesday days.

Keys: Brian, you know where the keys are. When you leave on Tuesday, please make sure that they are back in Mr. Carr's hands as he and the kids will be in before you on Wednesday. Jennifer, if you would take them on Wednesday night and I will get them from you on Thursday.

The keys to everything else are on here but you will just need to hunt around. No student is to borrow my keys!!!! Mr. Szabo, Mr. Carr, or Mrs. Shaaff ONLY!
